Privacy Policy: Puzzle Crew

Last updated 6 October 2026

Puzzle Crew is a jigsaw game for children and adults, published by Blinqdroid. This page says what information the app handles and why.

The short version

What stays on your phone

Your unfinished puzzle, your level stars, your best times, the display name you type, your sound and notification choices, and the names of players you have shared a room with. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.

What is sent when you play online

Online rooms ("Solve together" and "Race the clock") run on Google's Firebase service. While you are in a room, the app sends:

If you switch on room invites, the app also stores a push-notification token for your phone, so an invite can reach you. Switching invites off removes it.

Do not type a real full name as your display name if you would rather other players did not see it.

Notifications

All notifications are off until you turn them on. Reminders are scheduled on your phone. News and room invites are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Ads

The app shows ads from Google AdMob. Because children play Puzzle Crew, every ad request is marked as child-directed, ads are limited to content suitable for all ages, and the app does not use the advertising ID. To show and measure ads, Google's ad software collects some device information, such as device type, approximate location derived from the IP address, and how the ad was interacted with. See Google's privacy policy.

Children

Puzzle Crew is designed to be suitable for children. It collects no personal information from them knowingly, has no chat, and shows no personalised ads.
