They start gentle and build to jumps where the lantern has to be turned twice before you land. Every level can be finished without losing a heart.

Three shards in every level

Starlight, hidden in plain sight

Each level hides three shards of starlight, some of them only reachable from the other side of the day. Collect them all for three stars.

Is Duskfox free?

Yes. It's free to play, with ads, and there is nothing to buy. An extra life, an extra heart or double coins can be earned by choosing to watch an ad.

Does Duskfox work offline?

Yes. The game is played entirely on your phone. With the internet switched off it shows no ads and sends nothing.

Can I play with a controller?

Yes. Duskfox has touch controls, and also works with a keyboard or a game controller.

How many levels are there?

Six hand-made levels that start gentle and build to jumps where the lantern has to be turned twice before you land. Each level hides three shards of starlight; collect them all for three stars.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no account or sign-up, and your progress (your stars, your coins and whether sound is on) stays on your phone.

What ads does it show, and what do they collect?

Ads come from Google AdMob: banners on the menu and on the pause and end-of-level screens, an occasional full-screen ad between levels or when you come back to the game, and video ads you can choose to watch for a reward. Google's ad software collects some device and usage information to show and measure them; the privacy policy lists exactly what.
